Frida's Golden Jungle Monkeys

We like to think that Frida Kahlo had a secret garden in her home, where she grew exotic flowers and fed a family of golden monkeys. These animals, with their shiny fur and playful gestures, were the perfect company for the artist in her moments of solitude and reflection.

Legend has it that the monkeys were the guardians of a treasure hidden in the garden, an object of incalculable value that Frida had inherited from her ancestors. It was said that only those who managed to gain the trust of the monkeys could discover the location of the treasure and unleash its magical power.

Frida never revealed the truth behind this story, but those who knew her assured that the golden monkeys were much more than just animals: they were magical and protective beings, who kept a deep and sacred secret in the artist's garden.
